The Role
The Assistant Relationship Manager (‘ARM’) is a pivotal role in the Real Estate Finance team. The ARM works closely with the Relationship Managers and ensures smooth operations across credit applications, anti-money laundering (‘AML’) reviews, and client servicing.
This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in the property market to build a career in a successful Real Estate Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with credit applications and annual loan reviews.
- Conduct periodic AML reviews for Real Estate Finance clients.
- Complete analysis schedules, credit ratings, and return calculations.
- Manage account opening processes and ensure compliance documentation is accurate.
- Review valuation reports and prepare sign-off memos.
- Handle client enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support monthly reporting and annual audit questionnaires.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Interest in Real Estate Finance and the property market.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
