The Role
We are looking for a detail‑driven Operations Analyst to join us on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support a structured data‑review project within the Operations function. This role blends hands‑on data preparation, AI‑assisted review work, and close collaboration with senior reviewers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Data Preparation & Organisation — Gather, organise, and prepare customer or account information for review, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- AI‑Assisted Review Execution — Use standard prompts and workflows to run AI‑based assessments of files against agreed review questions and criteria.
- Issue Identification & Logging — Record potential errors or inconsistencies, classify issues using predefined categories, and escalate unclear items.
- Quality Assurance Support — Work with senior reviewers to reconcile differences between AI outputs and manual checks, helping refine review criteria where needed.
- Reporting & Documentation — Maintain clear, audit‑ready records of work completed, decisions made, and outcomes generated by the review process.
- Compliance & Data Stewardship — Handle customer data responsibly and follow operational controls, confidentiality requirements, and data‑protection standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Business‑standard Greek, with the ability to read and interpret documents.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and quality checks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents or data.
- Ability to follow structured processes and apply guidelines consistently.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and basic data‑handling tools.
- Clear written communication and the ability to document findings logically.
- Curiosity about how AI can support operational and compliance processes.
- Effective time‑management skills and comfort working to defined deadlines.
- Experience, skills, or qualifications relevant to the role (to be confirmed).
