Alpha Bank London is hiring a Test Analyst to support key technology transformation initiatives across online/mobile banking, payments, cards, multi‑currency accounts (GBP/EUR/USD), home loans, and core banking upgrades.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate starting their career or moving to their second job .They'll deliver hands‑on testing, create clear test documentation, and work closely with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and Alpha Bank Greece technology teams to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and customer needs.

• Design and execute test cases across functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end journeys
• Validate core banking workflows including account opening, payments, cards, loans, and customer servicing
• Manage defects end to end, including retesting and resolution validation
• Support UAT through issue triage and preparation of test materials
• Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, developers, vendors, and Alpha Bank Greece IT teams
• Ensure testing meets governance, FCA/PRA, and GDPR requirements
• Maintain audit‑ready test documentation and traceability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation opportunities

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst within a UK banking environment, with hands‑on testing across digital banking channels, payments (FPS, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH), cards, multi‑currency products (GBP/EUR/USD), core banking, and lending systems
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and end‑to‑end transaction lifecycles
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and cross‑border delivery teams
• Familiarity with regulatory, operational, and technology‑driven change
• Excellent test documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in functional, regression, and data validation testing; basic SQL desirable
• Proficient with testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence, including API testing with tools like Postman
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple test streams in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent) desirable
• Agile/Scrum certifications beneficial
