With over 30 years of senior leadership experience - from Branch Network Director to Product Governance Director, Risk Director, and Consumer Duty expert - Ashu has impacted the financial landscape. Currently, he leads Home Loans and Products, steering critical initiatives such as securing a lending licence in collaboration with the regulator.
Outside of work, Ashu runs a charity-driven social media community of over 12,000 members, fostering connection and support at a local level. It’s leadership with purpose - professional achievement paired with a genuine dedication to making a difference.
