Bill joined Alpa Bank London in January 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads the Operations, Technology, Change, and Data teams with a deep understanding of the banking landscape.
Before Alpha Bank London, Bill was Chief Customer Success Officer at Liberty IT Consulting Group, Australia’s leading tech consultancy for financial services. There, he helped banks navigate complex digital transformations with a customer-first mindset.
Previously, as COO at Bank of Sydney, Bill led a major overhaul of the bank’s operating model, delivering multimillion-dollar digital programs and elevating customer experience across platforms and products.
An entrepreneur at heart, Bill co-founded Lodex - Australia’s first loans and deposits marketplace - where he pioneered innovative digital banking solutions and brought new products to market.
Earlier in his career, Bill held senior roles at Alpha Bank and Credit Agricole, managing large-scale integration and change initiatives across retail banking.
He holds an MSc in International Economics & Finance from Athens University of Economics & Business, a Bachelor’s in International Economic & Political Studies, and certifications in project management and financial risk management.
