Clodagh joined the Board of Alpha Bank London in 2019 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, bringing with her a wealth of international experience and a sharp, strategic mind. She serves as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a valued member of the Board’s Risk Management Committee.
Her executive career spans continents and industries, with a significant tenure at General Electric Company, GE Capital. Over the years, Clodagh held a variety of senior roles across Ireland, Connecticut, and London, including Chief Risk Officer and Global Chief Credit Officer. Her remit covered GE Capital’s diverse banking and financial services platforms across Europe, Asia, and the Americas—an impressive portfolio that speaks to her global perspective and depth of expertise.
Following her time at GE, Clodagh served as Group Chief Risk Officer for Arrow Global PLC before transitioning to a Non-Executive career. In addition to her role at Alpha Bank London, she sits on the Board of Lowell UK, where she chairs both the Audit and Risk Committee and Lowell Portfolio Ltd.
Clodagh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA), and her professional journey is underpinned by a rigorous financial foundation and a commitment to excellence in governance.
