Jen joined Alpha Bank London in December 2023 as Chief People Officer, bringing with her a vibrant energy and a deep commitment to people, culture, and inclusion.
Her career spans a rich tapestry of sectors—from entrepreneurial start-ups to global professional services firms. Most notably, she spent 11 years in Financial Services, working with several Japanese investment banks, where she honed her expertise in talent development and organisational transformation.
Jen’s influence extends beyond the Bank. She was appointed to the City of London taskforce, established by HM Treasury and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, to champion socio-economic diversity within Financial Services—a role that speaks to her passion for driving meaningful change.
She studied Combined Social Science at Durham University and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster. Jen is a firm believer in the power of inclusive cultures and is dedicated to shaping an environment which enables everyone to thrive.
