Since 2019, Joe has served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Alpha Bank London, where he leads both the Private Client and Property Finance teams with a steady hand and a sharp eye for opportunity.
His journey with the Bank began in 2010, when he joined the Real Estate Finance team. By 2017, he had risen to Head of Property Finance, overseeing a remarkable expansion in lending—from £150 million to over £350 million in just four years. A testament to his strategic acumen and deep understanding of the market.
Before Alpha Bank, Joe spent eight years at Bank of Cyprus UK (now Cynergy Bank), working closely with corporate clients and small businesses. In 2008, he stepped into the property industry, navigating a diverse array of transactions—from land acquisitions and disposals to the development of housing, care homes, and hotels. It was a period that honed his versatility and broadened his perspective.
Joe holds a BSc in Management, Marketing and Textiles from Manchester Business School—a blend of disciplines that reflects his multifaceted approach to leadership and innovation.
