Sue is a highly experienced Chartered Secretary with many years’ experience in the financial services sector, advising boards and senior executives on corporate governance and board effectiveness.
Throughout her career she has operated at the centre of board decision-making, building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a key liaison between the board and executive management. Her approach combines sound judgement with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
Sue fosters effective governance frameworks that evolve with regulatory expectations and business needs. She is recognised for driving continuous improvement and her calm, collegiate style is instrumental in supporting Boards to navigate complexity with confidence.
A Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, Sue is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and mentored young people in the King’s Trust Mosaic programmes, as well as serving as a Chair of Governors at a Primary school.
