Stephanos joined us in July 2021 as a Manager within the Real Estate Finance Team, bringing with him 23 years of experience in property finance. His career spans a broad spectrum - from straightforward buy-to-let and development projects to complex syndicated, cross-border transactions - each handled with precision and insight.
Having held senior roles in both corporate and international lending units at London-based banks, Stephanos is well-versed in the intricacies of balance sheet lending, working capital facilities, and trade finance instruments including factoring, Letters of Credit, and Guarantees.
His approach is informed, meticulous, and always tailored to the needs of the client - whether the transaction is local or global, simple or sophisticated.
